Prospective members are welcome to schedule a no-obligation, in-office meeting with Dr. Castro, Lauren Shepherd, and the staff. We encourage you to ask questions about the membership and our approach to health care. You will have time with Dr. Castro and Lauren to address your personal health care concerns and ask questions about their approach in helping you achieve your health goals.

Once you decide to become a member, you will be scheduled for an initial physical and health assessment. Our office staff will work with you before your first appointment to obtain any medical records from any previous or current health care providers.
