Concierge medicine is a relationship between a patient and a physician in which the patient pays an annual fee or retainer. In exchange for the retainer, the physician provides superior health care to a limited group of members. It’s as close as you can get to having a private physician.

While all concierge medicine practices share similarities, they vary widely in their structure, payment requirements, and form of operation. At PHMD we’re pleased to offer our members home visits and hospital admitting privileges – unique to our practice. Advantages of membership also include:
Individualized attention from the doctor. Concierge physicians typically have one-tenth of the total patients than the average physician, significantly lowering the patient load and increasing the doctor’s time with you, the patient.
Our staff will coordinate all of the details of your hospital care. From the moment you arrive at the facility the doctor will personally manage your care — a real comfort. Additionally, should you need Emergency Room care, the doctor, as able and if requested, will meet you there.
Scheduling flexibility. Private Health MD members, in most cases, can be seen on the same day. This can help prevent a minor issue from becoming more serious, or allow a serious issue to be diagnosed sooner. We’ll place you in an exam room within minutes of your arrival so you’re comfortable for your short wait for the doctor.
