Can I meet the doctor before I become a member?
Prospective members are welcome to schedule a no obligation in-office meeting with Dr. Castro and the staff. We encourage you to ask questions about the membership and our approach to health care. You will have private time with Dr. Castro to address your personal health care concerns and ask questions about his approach in helping you achieve your health goals.
Once you decide to become a member, you will be scheduled for an initial physical and health assessment with Dr. Castro. Our office staff will work with you before your first appointment to obtain any medical records from any previous or current health providers.
How will I be billed?
Members are asked to complete a membership agreement and select a payment option. We offer a variety of payment plans to meet your budgeting needs. Your initial financial obligation is a non-refundable first quarter payment. Memberships are renewed annually but if you move or are unhappy with our services during the term of your membership you can cancel without financial penalty or obligation and will receive a prorated refund.
At Private Health MD, we believe we offer our members an innovative approach to achieving health care goals. We will work with you as your health care advocate and medical hub to coordinate your care and reduce the stress of the current health care system. Our goal is to help you achieve your optimum health and show you that health care can be different. We think you’ll be impressed.
